Raven Supernatural is a trading name of Beechmont Advisory Ltd, which is the controller of the personal data described here. You can contact us at hello@ravensupernatural.co.uk.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or any other tracking, and it does not load anything from third-party sites. Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes the technical information your browser sends when you visit (such as your IP address) to deliver the site and keep it secure. Netlify acts on our behalf as a processor.

Ticket holders

Tickets are sold through Tickts, which handles your payment. When you buy a ticket, we receive your name, email address and booking details. We use them to manage your booking, admit you on the night, and tell you about any change to the event. We do this to perform our contract with you.

We keep ticket holder records for six years, to meet our accounting obligations. Tickts has its own privacy notice explaining how it uses your data.

If you email us

We use your email address and what you tell us to reply. We keep the correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal data, and to ask us to correct it, delete it or restrict how we use it. You can also object to how we use it. To do any of these, email hello@ravensupernatural.co.uk.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
